In Harmony Music Instrument - Loan agreement form - Autumn 2022
Dear Parents/Carers
Children have the opportunity to take their instruments home to practice the music they are learning during their In Harmony Music Lessons. We recommend that the children practise for around 10 minutes a day. Instruments will go home on a Wednesday for the weekend and during holidays. They MUST be brought back to school for In Harmony delivery days so please ensure that your child brings their instrument back to school every Monday.
Please note that your child will be unable to bring their instrument home unless this form is completed by a parent or carer. Forms are renewed Annually, so even if you have filled in last years form, you still need to complete the new Autumn 2022 one.
